Private Holiday Events for adults and children. Events for 1 up to 250 painters. Our painting events are perfect for any office parties, family and friends. You can host a Private Event at your home or at one of our venue.
To contact me about scheduling a private event please fill out the contact form and submit it. When I receive it I will contact you about dates and your event details.
How do I book an event? Complete the CONTACT form and DEPOSIT. When I receive the contact form I will contact you to go over your event details and confirm a date. When we agree upon the date and the details you will make the deposit and the contact will become active.
How much does it cost?
For Adult events our event minimum is $395.00 to come to your home/venue. The $395.00 event fee is for 1-15 painter. For each additional painter there is a $25.00 fee. A $50.00 nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve the date.
Children's event… perfect for children 5-10 years. Cost... Event minimum of $375.00 for 1 to 15 painters. There is a $20 fee per additional painter. Our event includes: Expert step by step instruction for 1 1/2 hours. We provide everything your guests will need to paint a 12 x 16 canvas.
Payment Cash payment is due at the end of the event. If it is a group event it is the hostess responsibility to the collect money and pay the artist. Your $50.00 deposit will be deducted from the event total the day of your event. No Groupon/Living Social accepted at Private events.
Travel fee We charge a $50.00 travel fee. We will inform you when you book your event if the travel fee applies.
Late start fee We will be ready to start painting at the agreed upon time. There is a $10.00 additional charge for every 15 minutes past the start time or $40.00 per hour.
What do you need to provide for the party? You will need a space with plenty of room and good lighting. You can seat up to 6 painters at a standard 6ft folding table. Your event can be inside or outside but remember weather and lighting when selecting your location and event time.
How long is the event? The event is usually 2 ½ hours long. We require access site 1 hour prior to the event and after.
We do the set up and the clean-up We will arrive an hour before the event to set up. We provide everything you will need to paint a 16x20 canvas that is yours to keep and enjoy. Set up includes… 16x20 canvas. We provide Stencil for drawn images, Apron, Easel, Paint brushes, Paint and a Water cup.
Selecting your custom art work We will work with you to create the perfect art piece for your event. Options include 16x12 canvas painting, hand painting Wine glasses, or hand painting wine bottles. You can choose a piece from our gallery or we will work with you to create an original piece just for your event.
Tips for a successful event
Arrival time Have your guests arrive a minimum of 30 min before your painting event is scheduled to start.
Food/ Beverages Your guests can eat and drink while they paint. We recommend appetizers before the event and a meal or deserts after. If your guests are eating a meal before the event then we recommend a start time of 1 hour before painting. We will need access to tables 1 hour prior to the event.
Venues We can give you a list of event venues in Chino Hills or we will come to the venue of your choosing. It is your responsibility to contact the venue and reserve the space for your event.
Sample schedule… please adjust the start time to fit your event
Painting event... Set up: 1:30 – 2:30 We arrive need access to tables.
Guests arrive: 2:30. Serve snacks. Remember people run late so have them arrive early. Your guests can eat and drink while they paint.
Begin painting: 3:00 End at 5:30 pm
Clean up until 6:30 Pictures taken while we clean up.
Set up: 4:00 – 5:00
Guests arrive 4:30: Snacks People run late so have them to arrive at least 30 minutes before the event starts.
Begin painting at 5:00: End 7:30
Clean up: 1 hr. We clear tables first so guests have access to tables. During this time guests can take pictures while we pack up our supplies.
Dinner: served before or after the event.
